We were so happy this beautiful family brought their sweet number two to us!  We photographed big brother Finn through his first year, and now it's baby sister Rémy's turn.  Finn is soooo protective and gentle with her, and she was just an angel baby through her entire session. They both have the most beautiful big eyes and the cutest noses!  He's so proud of his baby sister, and this is honestly one of my most favorite newborn sessions ever, partially because of how sweet they were together.  

 

It's amazing how time flies in the first year -- and how much you forget in the fog of the newborn weeks.  It's hard for me to remember my own baby this small!  It's one of the reasons I love photographing new families, whether it's their first baby, second, third -- you really become a new family with each new addition.  Dynamics change, attention is split, sleep is harder and harder to come by... and so much is lost in the blur.  A newborn session lets us freeze a tiny moment in time, and trusting a professional to capture these moments for you is just one less thing you have to worry about. xoxo
